Kentron real estate management suite
A suite of back and front offices to manage them all!
Overview
Kentron, a comprehensive real estate management suite, was developed to streamline the operations of a real estate agency, with an eye towards future scalability for use by multiple agencies. The suite comprises two primary components: a back office management website for agents, managers, and super admins, and a front office website for customers and end users.
Objectives
- Back Office Website:
- Efficient management of properties, contacts, and customers.
- Tailored functionalities for agents, managers, and super-admins.
- Front Office Website:
- User-friendly interface for browsing, viewing, and inquiring about properties.
- Facility for customers to submit properties for rent or sale.
- Design System:
- Develop a unified design system applicable to both back and front office interfaces.
- Ensure flexibility and scalability of the design system for future expansion.

My Roles
Leading end-to-end Design
I led the project through every design phase, from initial problem framing to final quality checks. This involved user research, competitor analysis, ideation, prototyping, and ongoing QA to ensure our solutions were user-centric and business-aligned.
Interactive Prototyping
I developed dynamic prototypes to test design concepts and identify usability issues. These prototypes also simplified the handover to developers by illustrating the feature’s intended behavior.
Design QA
As the final gatekeeper, I ensured that the developed features matched the original designs. My QA checks were the last line of defense, confirming that our user experience met both design and functional expectations.
In all these roles, my focus was on contributing to a user-centric design that would meet both user needs and business objectives, while maintaining active collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure consistency, sustainability, and that everyone was on the same page.
