An expo experience to remember!
heycar is a start-up backed by Volkswagen and Daimler that has revolutionized the used car market.
The idea in this project is to take the cutting-edge VR tech and mix it with holographic imagery, so users can experience the interior of different cars and maybe even simulate driving them.
The most important gift designed for the expo is a set of cardboard smartphone-enabled VR kits, paired with the exclusive “heyVR” app, where the users can have a 360° experience of different cars.
Most people don’t have the luxury of experiencing different cars (e.g. SUVs or cabriolets). With this VR experience, they will have the chance to get a glance at what it would feel like to own specific cars. This smartphone VR kit, paired with the “heyVR” app, enables them to try different cars from the comfort of their homes.
